What to expect

We are a lively bunch. Sometimes we have six children, sometimes we have 16. We meet in a large group format to start with. During large group time we celebrate birthdays and practice a song or two (these are shared during Youth Led Sundays in the middle of worship), and we close this time by praying the Lord’s Prayer together. Then, we are off to our classrooms.

In our classrooms, a have lesson time and a craft experiment or other activity is enjoyed. It’s so much fun to see what our creative Sunday School teachers come up with.

Sunday School is dismissed around 9:45 am. Parents are encouraged to pick up their children in their classrooms, and then invited to join us in worship—at 10 am.

If you are bringing your child to our Sunday School for the first time, please come directly into the sanctuary. Some parents like to stay and listen to the kids sing songs, others enjoy coffee in the gathering area or attend bible study, and some drop their children off.

YOUTH-LED Sunday

On Youth-led Sundays, our students help lead our worship service. Students ring the bell, read scriptures, and sing a song or two.
Youth-led Worship Sundays are fun! The sanctuary is filled, and our voices raise the roof with youthful exuberance.
Youth-led worship is usually the third Sunday of the month (October through May) with a few exceptions.
